MeYay AI

MeYay AI Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of MeYay AI ("MeYay AI", "we", "us") for your use of MeYay AI at meyay.ai.

You accept them by ticking the box that says you agree to them. That box appears before a guest trial starts, when you create an account, and again before you subscribe to Pro. We keep a record of when you ticked it and which version of these terms it was. If you don't agree, don't use MeYay AI.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. Paying for Pro is also governed by our Refund Policy, which becomes part of this agreement when you subscribe: the box you tick before you subscribe agrees to it, in the version published then. During the invite-only beta nobody pays, so the Refund Policy doesn't apply yet, and we will publish it on meyay.ai before we take any payment. See The invite-only beta.

The short version

Who can use MeYay AI

Guest trials

You can try MeYay AI as a guest, without an account. A guest trial lasts 7 days. It lets you build 1 app and make 2 changes to it, as shown in Plans, AI Credits, and changes. It also has a limit on how much AI processing it can use, so it can end before the build or the changes are used up.

If you sign in with Google during the trial, your app moves into your account, and from then on your account's plan applies. What the trial didn't use doesn't carry over, and what it used doesn't count against your plan. An account waiting to be deleted doesn't take over a trial. Otherwise the trial and everything in it is deleted after its 7 days. You can also delete it sooner, from the MeYay AI Studio in the browser you used for it; the Privacy Policy explains what that deletes.

We limit how many guest trials can start from the same network or browser each day, and we may refuse or end a trial to prevent abuse.

The invite-only beta

MeYay AI is in an invite-only beta. While it lasts:

When the beta ends, starting a trial or creating an account no longer needs a code.

What MeYay AI does

You describe an idea, and our AI agents plan, write, review, and test a single-page web application. You can open it, ask for changes, and go back to an earlier version. With an account, you can also download it as an HTML file.

AI output can be wrong. Our automated review, security checks, and browser tests reduce mistakes but don't remove them. An app may not work as you intended, may not be secure, and may not be suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it, share it, or give it to anyone else.

Your ideas are processed by an AI model. To build your apps, we send what you type, the plans our agents write, and your apps' code to an AI model, through OpenRouter. Anything you type is sent as you typed it. Don't put personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your ideas. The Privacy Policy explains who receives it and how long it is kept.

The service will change. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may change which AI models we use. If a change reduces what your paid plan includes, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, as Plans, AI Credits, and changes says.

Your content and who owns it

What you can't do

You can't use MeYay AI to create, publish, or distribute anything that:

You also can't:

Sharing your apps

You are responsible for any app you share, publish, or give to anyone else, including what it says and does and anything it collects from the people who use it. Don't put secrets, credentials, or private information in an app you share.

MeYay AI doesn't publish apps yet. We will update these terms before it does.

Reporting abuse

If you believe an app made with MeYay AI breaks these terms or the law, tell us at venjoe@meyay.ai, with where you found it and what concerns you. We aim to respond to abuse reports within 5 business days. We may remove or disable an app, or suspend the account behind it, when we believe it breaks these terms, harms others, or when the law requires.

Copyright complaints follow the process in Copyright complaints instead.

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Our designated agent. Send notices and counter-notices to:

What a notice must include. A notice must be in writing and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them;
  2. the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if there are several;
  3. the material you believe infringes, with enough information for us to find it;
  4. your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

What we do with a notice. When we receive a notice that meets these requirements, we promptly remove or disable access to the material on MeYay AI. We tell the user who provided it and send them a copy of the notice. We can only remove material from MeYay AI's own systems. We can't remove a copy that someone downloaded and put somewhere else; for that, contact whoever hosts it.

Counter-notice. If your material was removed because of a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send our agent a counter-notice. It must be in writing and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the material that was removed, and where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and telephone number; and
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is, or, if your address is outside the United States, of any judicial district in which MeYay AI may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice, or their agent.

We send a copy of the counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. We then restore the material no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless our agent first hears from that person that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement.

Repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

False claims. Someone who knowingly misrepresents that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Third-party services

MeYay AI relies on services we don't control: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, OpenRouter and the AI providers it connects us to for AI model processing, and Cloudflare for hosting. They are governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for their acts or outages, except as our Refund Policy provides for long outages and to the extent the law makes us responsible.

Disclaimers

MeYay AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including that MeYay AI or any app it generates will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose, or that it won't infringe anyone's rights. Some places don't allow some of these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

These limits don't apply to liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct. They also don't take away any right you have as a consumer that the law doesn't allow you to give up by agreement.

Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend us against claims brought by third parties that arise from your input, your apps, how you share or use them, or your breach of these terms, and to pay the damages, settlements, and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result, except to the extent we caused them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, with the new version, or a link to it, and the date it takes effect. A change takes effect at the start of that date, at 00:00 Central Time (America/Chicago). If you have Pro, the email also tells you how to cancel. Until then, the version on this page, with its effective date at the top, is the one in force, and it is the one you agree to if you sign up or subscribe in the meantime. At that moment, the new version replaces it here. A change doesn't apply to a dispute that arose before it took effect. If you don't agree to a change, stop using MeYay AI before it takes effect: cancel Pro and delete your account. If you keep using MeYay AI after it takes effect, the new terms apply to your use from then on. Changes to the Pro price follow Subscriptions and payment.
